Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During sale periods or product launches processing may take a little longer; we’ll note that on the product page if applicable.
Domestic shipping (United States)
Standard: 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited: 1–3 business days (additional fee applies).
Free shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts/taxes).
International shipping
Delivery estimates: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country, unless otherwise stated.

Returns — Basic rules
You may return most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or store credit (your choice). Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable (clearly labeled on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some items have special requirements (see “Non-returnable items” below).
Refunds & processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Time to appear on your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
If you chose store credit instead of a refund, we will issue a store credit code within 3 business days of approving the return.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are treated as a return + new order. If you need a different size, we recommend placing the new order immediately to avoid a sold-out item, then return the original. If stock allows, you may request an exchange and we’ll help coordinate.
Return shipping & fees
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping and pay for return labels.
For other returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns — we are not responsible for lost return packages unless you purchased a return label from us.
How to start a return
Email us at [support@yourstore.com] with your order number and reason for return, or open a return request via your account on our site.
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and (if applicable) a return label.
Pack the items securely, include your order number, and ship to the address we provide.
When we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you the return decision and process the refund/store credit.
Non-returnable or restricted items
The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:
Final sale or clearance items explicitly marked as non-returnable
Opened or used beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products
Earrings, underwear, swimwear (if the hygienic liner is removed), or any intimate apparel worn or with missing hygiene seals
Personalized or custom items (monogrammed or made-to-order)
Gift cards
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it.
Defective or wrong items
If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, email [support@yourstore.com] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll confirm and provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no charge.
International returns & duties
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties incurred on return shipments.
Original import duties/taxes paid at delivery are not refundable by [Store Name]. If you returned the item and we issue a refund, we will refund the merchandise cost but not duties or taxes charged by your country.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after we confirmed it was issued, first check with your bank or card issuer. Then contact us at [support@yourstore.com] with your order number and refund confirmation.
